On the 6th of January people in Germany throw their Christmas Trees out onto the streets. Treacle Theatre would like to collect these remnants of Christmas and build a forest of dying trees, before the last needles fall to the ground.
A document to the loneliness and togetherness. A poem for the wanted and unwanted. What doesn’t ‚fit in the picture’ where your presence was compulsory? A memorial to what has taken place as the celebrations are packed away for another year and Father Christmas changes his clothes for Easter.
